The Great Room/Kitchen
Entering Villa Tamar, you will be transported to a world of elegance. As you enter the spacious great room and kitchen area you'll be amazed at the size and features. There are two tv's in this area, but you may never turn them on once you catch a look at the views. To the rear of the Great Room is a cozy sitting area that over looks North Sound and the Atlantic Ocean.
With a spacious kitchen, filled with new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and everything you need to cook a delicious family meal, you will have a tough time deciding whether to go out or stay in! Just off the kitchen, you will find a large grill, perfect for cooking a meal for the group.
There are two indoor dining tables as well, one casual and one formal, as well as ample bar seating area in the kitchen. Although you may choose to dine al fresco at the outdoor dining table, since you can't beat the view!

The Master Suites
Villa Tamar has five master bedrooms of the same size, split between two levels, each with a walk-in closet, plush king size bed, bath en-suite and private balcony or patio.
They feature traditional island architecture: Wood-beamed ceilings, natural tile floors and casablanca fans. Air-conditioning is provided in each bedroom.
Two master bedrooms are found on opposite corners of the Great Room level. Each has its own private balcony with views overlooking the villa gardens, Biras Creek and Bitter End (to the East).
The two lower level master bedrooms are accessed via a spiral staircase from the Great Room, or directly from the outside via their own private patio and lower level entrances.

THE VILLA
Villa Tamar overlooks Leverick Bay in the North Sound of Virgin Gorda. Private, yet only a quarter of a mile to beach, Olympic-size pool, restaurant, gift shop, groceries, and water sports in the friendly, quaint little harbor on the beach at Leverick Bay.
Rent a car or taxi and visit Spanish Town, the beaches at The Baths, Spring Bay, Mahoe Bay or Nail Bay. Rent a dingy or boat and island hop. Take a courtesy water taxi to Saba Island, Bitter End or Biras Creek for dinner.
Whether you like to scuba, snorkel, swim, sun bath, hike, explore, eat, dance, or just relax you will love Tamar at Virgin Gorda. Fun in the sun, the shade and under the moon, a breath taking star studded night sky emphasizing the constellations, we have got it all!

Deposit: To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required and must be received within 14 days. American Express, Mastercard and Visa accepted. If mailing payment, may we suggest payment by International Money Order or Certified Cheque be sent via Federal Express, as mail service to the BVI can take up to one month. The full balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. A 4% service charge applies for balances being paid by credit card.

All Cancellations must be received in writing.

If we are able to re-book your EXACT rental dates, a cancellation fee of 20% would be charged. Our ability to re-book cancelled dates will be influenced by the amount of notice we receive, the time of year and the demand from other vacationers. You may wish to obtain trip cancellation insurance, available through your travel professional.

There will be no refunds for late arrivals or premature departures. Alternately, we would be happy to credit you for a future booking taken within one year.

Cleaning: Your accommodation is cleaned before your arrival and again following your departure. On each day during your stay, except Sundays and BVI Public Holidays, one of our maids will arrive to provide you limited cleaning. The bed sheets are changed 2-3 times per week and the towels are usually changed daily. To help conserve water and protect the environment from detergent pollution, we ask guests to re-use towels a second day whenever possible.

Laundry Facilities: We provide a fully equipped, handicap accessible, laundry facility in house.
